Size not right? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange the pickup and send your new size, subject to availability.

How to request
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.
No returns or refunds
We offer size exchanges only. We don't accept returns, and we don't refund orders that have been delivered.
Damaged or wrong item
Share a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders are packed soon after payment, so they can't be cancelled once placed. If we ever have to cancel your order — for example, if an item is out of stock — the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Failed payments
If money left your account but the order wasn't placed, it is returned automatically by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days. You can also message us with the details.
